Job summary

PacificSource Health Plans is seeking a skilled HRIS/Workday professional to maintain and enhance the Workday platform. You will ensure data integrity, configure security, and support HR processes across the organization.

The role emphasizes confidentiality and accuracy, with collaboration across HR, IT, and business leaders. The candidate should have 4+ years in HR and strong Workday experience, with the ability to lead projects, train users, and improve workflows while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Prior HR-system experience including implementation, administration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting and/or providing technical support.
• Experience with Workday strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain existing Workday modules and stay current on new functionality.
• Configure and update business processes, security roles, and integrations as needed.
• Prepare, test and execute annual Workday projects and tasks (e.g., open enrollment, performance processes).
• Analyze, validate, and audit system data for accuracy and compliance; develop custom reports and dashboards.
• Provide leadership, coaching and training support to staff using Workday across the organization.
