Job summary

PacificSource is seeking an HRIS Administrator to maintain and optimize our Workday platform and related HR systems. You will configure security, business processes, and integrations, while delivering reports and analytics to drive workforce decisions.

The role requires 4+ years in HR and strong Workday experience, with a focus on data integrity, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration. Some projects will involve cross-functional teams and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in Human Resources.
• Prior HR-system experience including implementation, administration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and/or providing technical support.
• Prior experience with Workday strongly preferred.
• Experience leading and executing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade Workday modules and security roles.
• Configure and update business processes, security roles, and integrations as needed.
• Prepare, test and execute annual Workday projects and tasks.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide meaningful data analysis.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide training and support to end users across the organization.
