Job summary

PacificSource Health Plans in Utah is seeking a skilled HRIS Administrator to maintain and optimize the Workday platform, ensuring data integrity, secure configurations, and compliant HR processes.

You will partner with HR partners and leaders to design and deliver Workday functionality, train staff, and support annual releases, audits and reporting needs across the organization. This role requires strong HR experience, 4+ years, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience.
• Proven Workday experience; implementation, configuration, testing, and support.
• Strong analytic and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Workday modules and security roles.
• Prepare and execute annual Workday projects including reviews and open enrollment.
• Analyze data for accuracy and compliance; develop reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with HR partners and leaders to design Workday solutions.
• Provide training and guidance to end users on Workday.
• Support federal/state reporting requirements (EEO, Veterans).
