PacificSource Health Plans is seeking a Workday HRIS Administrator to maintain and enhance our Workday platform. You will ensure data integrity, security, reporting, and process improvements across HR workflows while supporting employees, supervisors, and the organization.

Responsibilities include configuring work processes, managing security, and delivering custom reports. Strong confidentiality and compliance are essential, with collaboration across HR and IT to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of HRIS experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; related field preferred.
• Prior Workday implementation, administration or testing experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Aufgaben

• Manage and maintain Workday modules, configure processes, security roles and integrations.
• Prepare, test and execute annual Workday projects (objective setting, reviews, 9-box, open enrollment).
• Analyze, validate and audit system data; develop reports and dashboards; import large data changes.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to design Workday functionality for evolving needs.
• Provide leadership, coaching and training to staff using Workday; create training materials.
