Job summary

PacificSource Health Plans is seeking a seasoned HRIS specialist to maintain and enhance the Workday platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and user-friendly processes across HR.

You will configure business processes, run annual projects, generate reports and dashboards, and collaborate with HR partners to address evolving needs. This role is based in Tennessee and involves on-site work with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of HRIS/Workday experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field preferred.
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills essential.
• Experience leading HRIS projects and training end-users.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HRIS Workday modules; update processes, security roles, and integrations.
• Prepare, test and execute annual Workday projects and tasks (objective setting, reviews, etc.).
• Analyze, validate and audit system data; develop reports and dashboards for HR decisions.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to design Workday functionality meeting evolving needs.
• Provide leadership, coaching and training on Workday to staff across the organization.
