PacificSource Health Plans is seeking a highly skilled Workday HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize HR systems across the organization. The role focuses on data integrity, security, and reporting, partnering with HR Business Partners and leaders to deliver impactful HR solutions.

You will lead projects from conception to deployment, providing training and supporting end users while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

Formación

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Prior HR-system experience including implementation, administration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and/or providing technical support.
• Prior experience with Workday strongly preferred.
• Experience leading and executing projects from start to finish.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain existing Workday modules.
• Prepare, test and execute annual Workday projects.
• Analyze, validate, and audit system data for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide leadership, coaching and training support to staff.
• Collaborate with HR partners and leaders to design Workday functionality.
