Job summary
Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an HR Technology Manager to lead Workday implementations in a hybrid role serving the Greater Philadelphia area.
The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, translate business needs into Workday configurations, and lead an HRIS team to deliver analytics and strategic HR technology roadmaps. Candidates should have 5-7+ years of HRIS experience with Workday, strong configuration skills across Workday modules, and a proven ability to lead
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of HRIS experience with Workday subject matter expertise.
- Configuration experience in Core Workday HCM and at least 2 other functional areas within the Workday platform.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into requirements, solutions design and Workday configuration.
- Experience with Workday reporting and Workday modules.
- Experience leading organizational change management in partnership with HR, Defining HR technology strategy, roadmaps and People analytics.
- Experience leading a team of HRIS Analysts.
