Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, or enterprise HCM systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience with configuration, security and data structures.
• Experience leading at least one full-cycle Workday implementation from design to go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise HR technology implementations from solution evaluation and design through go-live and hyper care.
• Coordinate implementation partners, vendors, internal stakeholders, IT, and HRIS resources to meet milestones.
• Define system ownership, security requirements, data flows, and integration dependencies across platforms.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to HRIS analysts on configuration standards and best practices.
