- Strong ability to translate business needs into requirements, solutions design and Workday configuration.
- Experience with Workday reporting and Workday modules.
- Experience leading organizational change management in partnership with HR, Defining HR technology strategy, roadmaps and People analytics.
- Experience leading a team of HRIS Analysts.

I'm seeking an HR Technology Manager for a full-time position with a stable and growing company in the Greater Philadelphia area. This is a hybrid position that will be responsible for making process improvements and leading the strategy for Workday implementations.
