Are you a strategic Workday expert looking to shape the future of HR technology? We are seeking a Senior HR Technology Analyst to drive the configuration, optimization, and day-to-day administration of our Workday ecosystem. In this high-impact role, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to transform complex HR data into actionable insights, streamline processes, and deliver scalable solutions that empower our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Workday Administration & Configuration: Lead the end-to-end configuration, maintenance, and security management across Workday HCM modules while successfully supporting bi-annual releases and enhancements.
• Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure rigorous data compliance and integrity through audits, while designing robust reports, dashboards, and advanced analytics to inform leadership decisions.
• Integration & Lifecycle Management: Manage seamless data feeds and integrations between Workday and downstream systems to oversee complex employee lifecycle transactions.
• Continuous Improvement & Training: Drive HRIS process improvements and system projects, translating business needs into technical solutions while equipping users with comprehensive documentation and training.

What You Bring (Required Skills & Experience)

• Education & Professional Background: A Bachelor’s degree accompanied by 5+ years of dedicated experience supporting HR technology, with hands-on Workday HCM expertise (implementation experience is a distinct plus).
• Technical & Analytical Toolkit: High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint), alongside strong skills in testing methodologies, system troubleshooting, and data analysis.
• Project & Priority Management: Exceptional organizational judgment and multi-tasking capabilities, with a proven talent for identifying operational bottlenecks and swiftly implementing effective solutions.
• Collaboration & Communication: Outstanding communication skills bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders, coupled with a strict commitment to handling confidential information with discretion.

Salary: $120,000 +Bonus
