Qualifications

• 8+ years in HRIS, HR technology, or enterprise HCM systems.
• At least 5 years hands-on Workday HCM experience.
• Experience leading full-cycle Workday implementations.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into designs.
• Knowledge of HR systems integrations and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise HR technology implementations from design to go-live.
• Define scalable Workday solution designs and data flows.
• Mentor HRIS analysts on configuration standards and processes.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, and external partners on design decisions.
• Lead testing strategy and readiness for releases.
