Job summary

Reconnaissance Resources, LLC is seeking an experienced Workday HCM System Analyst to drive enterprise transformation to Workday. You will design, configure, test, deploy, and administer Workday HCM while partnering with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and other business stakeholders.

This highly collaborative role requires strong HR functional knowledge and prior Workday implementation experience to ensure future-state design reflects organizational structure, processes, benefits programs, and workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least one full-cycle Workday implementation experience including design, config, testing and deployment.
• 3+ years supporting HRIS/HCM/workday administration and HR operations.
• Strong Excel proficiency with large data set analysis.
• Experience with data conversion templates and migration spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll and Compensation modules.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration, testing, deployment and ongoing administration of Workday HCM solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Payroll, Pension, Time & Attendance, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Lead data migration and manage data validation, cleansing and reconciliation.
• Document requirements, decisions, risks, and process flows.
• Provide end-user training, go-live support, hypercare and ongoing sys admin.
• Coordinate with implementation partners and vendors on issues and enhancements.
