Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in HRIS/HR technology/enterprise HCM with 5+ years hands-on Workday HCM experience
• Experience leading full Workday implementations or major deployments
• Experience mentoring HRIS analysts and providing technical direction
• Strong communication with business leaders and technical teams

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise HR technology implementations from evaluation to go-live and hyper care
• Define scalable Workday designs, security, data flows across Workday, UKG, Salesforce
• Act as Workday HCM functional lead for Core HCM, processes, security, data structures
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and configuration specs
• Review and approve complex Workday configurations and provide hands-on support
• Mentor HRIS analysts on design standards, security, testing, and documentation
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Security, Legal, Compliance for design decisions
• Develop multi-year HR technology roadmap and automation opportunities
• Lead testing strategy and adoption planning for releases
• Evaluate emerging HR tech and build business cases for ROI
• Other duties as assigned
