Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking an experienced Workday HRIS/HR technology leader to support the global Core HCM, Talent, and Integrations design and deployment. The role partners with senior HR, IT, and finance leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and ensure data integrity.

The candidate will drive post-go-live governance, establish standards, and lead end-to-end design efforts to enable a consistent and user-friendly Workday environment across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline; 12–15+ years HRIS/HR technology experience (or a Master's with 12+ years).
• 5–10 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Experience implementing HR systems in global environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday configuration across Core HCM, Talent, Compensation and Integrations.
• Drive post-go-live design, configuration, and governance for scalability and compliance.
• Define configuration standards, naming conventions, and design principles.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance and leaders to translate requirements into options and trade-offs.
• Develop and govern a Tier 1-2 HR Help support model and ensure data integrity.
