Job summary

ICU Medical Inc. is seeking a senior HRIS/Workday professional to guide global Core HCM design, testing, data validation, and post-go-live support during Workday deployment.

You will partner with HR, IT, and Finance to ensure scalable, secure system functionality and a consistent operating model across regions. The role emphasizes governance, reporting, and data quality, with a focus on delivering end-to-end Workday initiatives and enabling Tier 1-2 support.

Qualifications

• Workday certifications (HCM, Compensation, Talent, Integrations) preferred.
• Experience with Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, APIs).
• Familiarity with reporting tools, SQL, or advanced analytics concepts.
• Experience standing up an HRIS governance model around Workday.
• Experience enabling centralized Tier 1-2 Workday Help support.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, including negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday configuration and end-to-end design for Core HCM, Talent, Comp, and Integrations.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and leaders to align operating model post go-live.
• Own demand intake, prioritization, and governance for Workday initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality, on-time Workday projects with scalable solutions.
• Develop advanced reports and dashboards; ensure data integrity across stakeholders.
