Job summary

ICU Medical is transitioning to Workday and seeks a skilled HRIS/Workday config lead to drive requirements, testing, data validation, reporting and post-go-live support. You will collaborate with the Sr.

Director, HR Operations and senior teams to capture global Core HCM requirements, validate system functionality, and ensure secure, scalable design. You will partner with HR experts and leaders to establish a consistent operating model post go-live, drive governance, and deliver high quality,

Qualifications

• Must have 15+ years HRIS/HR technology experience or 12+ years with master's.
• 5–10 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; master's preferred.
• Experience designing complex cross-module Workday solutions.
• Strong understanding of integrations, security, business processes, and data structures.
• Proven project management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday design and configuration.
• Define and enforce configuration standards.
• Ensure security and governance align with requirements.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance and business leaders.
• Develop dashboards and advanced reports for decision-making.
• Support post-go-live with Tier 1-2 Workday Help.
