Job summary

ICU Medical Inc. is seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Lead to guide the Core HCM, Talent, and Comp modules through implementation and post-go-live support. You will partner with HR leadership to ensure scalable, compliant design and strong governance across global HR processes.

The role is remote, with collaboration across global teams and leadership guidance from the Sr. Director, HR Operations to ensure successful delivery and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related discipline and 15+ years HRIS/HR technology experience, or a master's with 12+ years.
• 5-10 years of extensive hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Proven ability to design complex cross-module Workday solutions.
• Strong understanding of integrations, security, business processes, and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Configure and lead Workday design and configuration across Core HCM, Talent, Compensation, and Integrations.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Workday initiatives from design through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Establish governance, demand intake, prioritization, and change control processes.
• Deliver data reporting insights and scalable HR processes with high data integrity.
