Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Product Lead to own and evolve Workday Core HR, Onboarding and Security capabilities. You will partner with HR and IT to deliver a reliable HR technology platform, including data quality, security, and reporting.

This role requires hands-on Workday configuration, testing, and strong collaboration with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Workday HCM and related HR systems, Excel proficiency, and a proactive, accountable work style.

Qualifications

• 2+ years configuring Workday HCM and HR systems, BP security, EIBs, and data auditing.
• Experience with Workday reporting and calculated fields.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Evolve Core HR, Onboarding and Security portfolio with HRIS leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with business partners for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Drive Workday Core HR, Onboarding and Security capabilities within HR Systems.
• Own Workday administration: configuration, security, data quality, notifications and audits.
• Configure, test and deploy features; develop test plans and conduct UAT.
• Support reporting and analytics across HR by gathering requirements and testing.
• Process mass data loads via Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
• Assist with regulatory changes affecting HRIS processes and compliance.
