Job summary

ICU Medical Inc is seeking an experienced Workday HRIS lead to guide the global Core HCM deployment and ongoing optimizations. The role partners with HR, IT, and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions, oversee data security, reporting, and post-go-live support, and ensure governance and audit readiness across regions.

This remote role supports a global HR tech program and will require coordinating across time zones while maintaining high quality and on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with extensive HRIS/HR tech experience.
• 15+ years HRIS/HR tech experience or Master’s with 12+ years preferred.
• 5–10 years hands-on Workday configuration experience and cross-module design.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday configuration across Core HCM, Talent, Comp, Integrations.
• Own end-to-end design, governance, and post-go-live support for Workday initiatives.
• Drive data integrity, security, and reporting across global HR processes.
