Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA is seeking an HR Technology Architect who partners with HR, IT, and enterprise stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. The role requires deep Workday knowledge and end-to-end HR process understanding.

Candidates with 8+ years of experience, a relevant degree, and Workday certification are preferred. The position offers comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant HR-technology experience with or without degree
• Strong Workday experience and HR systems integration knowledge
• Experience architecting end-to-end HR processes across modules
• Healthcare industry or complex environment experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HR, IT, and stakeholders to evaluate processes and architect solutions
• Translate HR needs into scalable, techno-functional technology designs
• Guide integrations, architecture standards, and tech decisions
• Ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with enterprise architecture
