Job summary

Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA seeks an HR Technology Architect to translate HR needs into scalable technology solutions. Deep Workday expertise and end-to-end HR process knowledge are required.

You will partner with HR, HR Technology, IT and enterprise stakeholders to assess processes, design integrations, and establish architecture standards, ensuring scalable, sustainable HR tech across the employee lifecycle in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 10+ years without a degree.
• Designing and delivering tech solutions across end-to-end HR processes (TA, Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Absence, Performance).
• Strong Workday experience with understanding of integrations, data, security and downstream systems.
• Operate in a techno-functional capacity translating HR challenges into scalable solutions.
• Experience architecture across multiple systems with HR, technology, security and data stakeholders.
• Healthcare organizational experience or similar complex environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, HR Technology, IT and stakeholders to evaluate processes and architect solutions.
• Guide solution design, integrations, and architecture standards.
• Ensure scalable, sustainable HR tech aligned with enterprise architecture.
