Sentara Health is seeking an HR Technology Architect in Norfolk, VA to serve as a strategic partner across HR, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions. You will bring deep Workday expertise and drive architecture decisions that align with enterprise standards and security while enabling end-to-end HR processes.

The role emphasizes techno-functional leadership, partnering with HR, IT and security to optimize Talent Acquisition, Core HCM, Payroll and other HR lifecycle areas

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant HR tech experience with a degree or 10+ years without a degree.
• Experience architecting and delivering technology solutions across end-to-end HR business processes (Talent Acquisition, Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Absence, Talent/Performance).
• Strong Workday experience; understand Workday capabilities, integrations, data, security and downstream systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect HR technology solutions across the employee lifecycle with a scalable, techno-functional approach.
• Guide solution design, integrations, and architecture standards in partnership with HR, IT and security.
• Translate HR business challenges into scalable technical solutions and work with stakeholders across the enterprise.
