Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA is seeking an HR Technology Architect to serve as a strategic partner across HR, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions. The role emphasizes end-to-end HR processes and deep Workday knowledge.

The ideal candidate will work with HR, IT, and enterprise stakeholders to evaluate processes, design integrations, and set architecture standards that are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant HR tech experience with a degree, or 10+ years without a degree.
• Architect and deliver tech solutions across Talent Acquisition, Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Absence.
• Strong Workday experience with understanding of integrations, data, security, and downstream systems.
• Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
• Translate HR challenges into scalable technical solutions in a techno-functional role.
