The role partners with HR, IT, and enterprise stakeholders to architect solutions across the employee lifecycle in a healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience (or 10+ without a degree), a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/HR/Business, and Workday certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Strong Workday experience and healthcare domain knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/HR/Business or related field; related experience may substitute.
• Certifications in Workday or architecture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions across the employee lifecycle, guiding design, integrations, and architecture standards.
• Partner with HR, HR Tech, IT and enterprise stakeholders to translate needs into scalable tech.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Deliver HR technology solutions in healthcare environments.
