Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA seeks an HR Technology Architect to translate HR business needs into scalable technology, with deep Workday expertise and strong techno-functional vision. You will partner with HR, IT and enterprise stakeholders to design, integrate, and govern HR tech across the employee lifecycle.

The role emphasizes healthcare domain experience, architecture standards, and delivering end-to-end HR technology solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and enterprise

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience with degree or 10+ years without degree.
Experience architecting HR tech solutions across end-to-end processes (Talent Acquisition, Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Absence, Performance).
Strong Workday experience with understanding of integrations, data, security and downstream systems.

Responsibilities

Translate HR business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
Architect HR tech across multiple systems and integrations.
Partner with HR, IT, data and security to ensure enterprise-aligned designs.
Guide solution design, integration patterns, and architecture standards.
