Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant HR technology experience with a degree or 10+ years without a degree.
• Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering technology solutions across end-to-end HR processes.
• Strong Workday experience; ability to understand Workday capabilities, data, security, and integrations.
• Techno-functional to translate HR challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience designing HR technology architecture and integrations across multiple systems in healthcare.
