Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an HR Technology Architect in Norfolk, VA to translate HR needs into scalable technology solutions. You will partner with HR, IT and enterprise stakeholders to design end-to-end HR processes and Drive architecture decisions across the HR tech stack, with emphasis on Workday.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience and strong techno-functional capabilities in healthcare settings, delivering scalable HR technology across Talent Acquisition, Core HCM, Payroll, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 10+ years without a degree.
• Strong Workday experience within a broader HR technology ecosystem.
• Experience architecting and delivering solutions across end-to-end HR processes.
• Ability to translate HR challenges into scalable technology solutions.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, IT and enterprise stakeholders to architect HR tech solutions.
• Guide solution design, integrations, and architecture standards.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Translate business needs into techno-functional HR technology plans across the employee lifecycle.
