This could be either an individual contributor role for someone early in their HR career or a leadership role, depending on which direction you want to go.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday experience required.
• Experience with onboarding and I-9 processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding from offer through completion.
• Handle I-9 and employment verification processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR data in Workday.
• Support employee changes, HR transactions and reporting.
• Partner with managers and employees on day-to-day HR needs.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
