Job summary

MyStaff in Omaha seeks an HR Shared Services Supervisor to lead and develop a team of HR professionals. You will oversee day-to-day HR operations, manage employee transactions in Workday, and champion process improvements.

This role blends on-site and remote work, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a focus on onboarding, I-9 compliance, and delivering excellent service to the organization.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• HR Operations or Shared Services experience.
• 1–2+ years of Workday experience.
• Strong I-9/onboarding experience.
• Great communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop an HR Shared Services team
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and serve as an escalation point
• Manage HR processes and employee transactions within Workday
• Oversee onboarding and I-9 compliance
• Monitor team performance and service levels
• Identify ways to improve processes and the employee experience
