Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide front-line HR support across recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and benefits.

The role partners with regional and corporate leaders to implement HR programs and drive employee engagement and culture. Candidates should have at least 1 year of Workday experience and related HRIS administration, with strong communication and data management skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Workday experience.
• 1 year of HR system administration experience with Workday.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line HR support across recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and new employee orientation.
• Support benefits enrollment and training.
• Ensure HRIS data changes and I-9 compliance are managed.
• Assist payroll and leave processes in Workday.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and programs.
• Assist with special HR projects and training as needed.
