Job summary

The role partners with regional and corporate leaders to implement HR programs and engage employees. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding, managing HRIS data in Workday, assisting with recruiting and open enrollment, and ensuring regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Workday data changes and HRIS maintenance
• Coordinate and ensure compliance with federal, state, local employment laws
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Assist with special HR projects as needed
