Job summary

Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support onboarding, benefits, and HR administration across our locations. You will partner with regional and corporate leaders to implement HR programs, manage Workday tasks with payroll and leave, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of applicable job experience is required.
• 1 year of HR system administration experience with Workday is required.

Responsibilities

• Guide onboarding activities and assist with new employee orientation.
• Support administration of programs, performance management, and benefits enrollment.
• Facilitate Workday processes with payroll, benefits and leave departments.
• Coordinate offboarding and HRIS record changes in Workday.
• Manage Form I-9 compliance locally.
• Recruiting and posting jobs and facilitating interviews.
• Administer annual open enrollment benefit meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Develop positive employee relations and advise management on resolutions.
• Interpret and advise on HR policies and programs efficiently.
• Coordinate special projects and attend meetings/trainings as needed.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR, benefits, and payroll queries.
• Identify improvements in HR effectiveness and processes.
• Ensure training requirements are met with safety or HR certifications.
