Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking an HR Coordinator with Workday administration experience to support onboarding, benefits, payroll and HRIS updates. The role collaborates with regional and corporate leaders to promote engagement and compliant HR processes in a fully remote, nationwide setting.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of HR experience including Workday, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time remote opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience administering HR processes and systems, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Ability to interpret HR policies and respond to inquiries.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Guide onboarding and assist new employee orientation.
• Support administration of programs, benefits enrollment, and training.
• Coordinate Workday with payroll, benefits and leave departments.
• Coordinate offboarding and HRIS data changes in Workday.
• Assist with Form I-9 compliance and recruiting tasks.
• Administer open enrollment meetings and document HR policies.
