CEC Entertainment in Irving, TX is seeking a hands-on Workday HCM Technology Manager to own Recruiting, Onboarding, and HCM modules. You will bridge business needs with Workday capabilities, lead technical efforts with HR partners, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a mix of on-site and one day per week remote work, opportunities to mentor staff, and exposure to integration projects, EIBs, and security configurations across Workday.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday HR experience.
• Experience partnering with executives and vendors.
• Experience configuring Workday business processes (Action, Approval, etc.).
• Ability to build/modify Workday reports and calculated fields.
• Experience with EIBs and Workday integrations.
• Ability to work with all levels of personnel and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in Change Management and UX improvements.
• ITIL knowledge and customer service experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide business and technical analysis for Workday HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, and other modules.
• Lead collaboration with partners, stakeholders, and vendors to plan, design, and implement solutions.
• Offer guidance and knowledge transfer across HR functional areas.
• Engage with the Workday community to manage feature requests on the Roadmap.
• Review and test new features in bi-annual Workday Releases.
• Develop training materials and support implementation of new Workday modules.
• Prioritize, troubleshoot, and drive root-cause analysis for Workday issues.
• Create leadership reporting and conduct system audits to ensure data quality.
• Manage testing strategies for releases and system changes.
