Job summary

CEC Entertainment, LLC, headquartered in Irving, TX, seeks a Workday HCM Technology Manager to lead Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and HCM modules and act as a technical partner to HR. The role is based at our Corporate Support Center in Irving, Texas, with a one-day-per-week WFH option.

You will drive analysis, design, and implementation of Workday solutions while collaborating across teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday HR experience required.
• Experience with Paradox is a plus.
• Experience partnering with key executives, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Experience configuring Workday security roles and business processes.
• Ability to build, modify, and troubleshoot Workday reports and calculated fields.
• Experience in ITIL and customer service principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide business and technical analysis for Workday HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, and other modules.
• Lead collaboration with business partners and external resources to plan, design, and implement Workday solutions.
• Guide and transfer knowledge for activities with HR staff across functional areas.
• Engage in the Workday community to manage feature requests on the Workday roadmap.
• Review and communicate new features in bi-annual Workday releases.
• Support implementation of new Workday modules as assigned by the Workday Steering Committee.
