Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Recruiting Technology Manager to support the delivery, optimization, and maintenance of Workday Recruiting and connected talent acquisition technologies such as Paradox and HiredScore. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Firm IT, Finance, BU leaders, and external vendors to align recruiting platforms with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of Workday HCM configuration experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of Workday Recruiting configuration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and operations.
• Ability to translate Talent Acquisition needs into system solutions.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Paradox and HiredScore is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Recruiting business processes, including notifications and rules.
• Configure Docs and set up documents; mass distribute as needed.
• Maintain security groups when security impact is included in work.
• Manage and maintain data flow between Workday Recruiting, Paradox, and HiredScore.
• Build, revise, and test reports with calculated fields and data integrity.
• Manage EIB templates solutions for recruiting data and processes.
• Support reporting and data integrity needs.
• Support Workday new release testing for Recruiting and enable features.
• Coordinate updates for Paradox, HiredScore and other integrated systems.
• Complete ad hoc projects and annual initiatives within the Workday TA Suite.
• Assist in documenting business requirements, solution designs, and testing plans.
• Execute research of best practices across Workday Recruiting and integrations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to optimize processes.
• Advise on technology improvements that automate and scale.
• Manage Workday Recruiting technology requests and project status.
