Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Recruiting Technology Manager to support the delivery, optimization, and maintenance of Workday Recruiting and connected talent acquisition technologies. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Firm IT, Finance, and vendors to align recruiting technology with business needs.

Responsibilities include configuring Workday Recruiting, managing data flows with Paradox and HiredScore, building reports, and supporting releases and integrations across the TA suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business administration or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of Workday HCM configuration
• Minimum 3+ years of Workday Recruiting configuration

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Recruiting business processes, notifications and rules
• Configure docs and mass distribution
• Maintain security groups as needed
• Manage data flow between Workday Recruiting, Paradox, HiredScore
• Build and test reports, calculated fields, ensure data integrity
• Manage EIB templates for recruiting data and processes
• Support reporting and data integrity needs
• Support new release testing and enable features with Talent Acquisition
• Coordinate updates for Paradox, HiredScore and other integrated systems
• Complete ad hoc projects within the Workday TA Suite
• Assist in documenting requirements, designs and testing plans
• Analyze best practices across Workday Recruiting and related systems
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to optimize processes
• Recommend tech improvements to automate and scale
• Manage technology requests and status updates
• Ensure cross-BU technology adoption and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate with external vendors for system integrations
• Manage additional HCM requests and projects as needed
