Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Recruiting Technology Manager to support the delivery, optimization, and maintenance of Workday Recruiting and related tools such as Paradox and HiredScore. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, IT, Finance, and vendors to align recruiting tech with business needs.

The role involves configuring business processes, building reports, managing data flows, testing releases, and driving process improvements across the Workday TA suite while supporting other Workday

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/IS/Business.
• 5+ years of Workday HCM configuration.
• 3+ years of Workday Recruiting configuration.
• Paradox and HiredScore experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Recruiting processes, notifications, rules, analytics, and sub-processes.
• Configure Docs and set up documents; mass distribute as needed.
• Maintain security groups when security impact is included in work.
• Manage data flow between Workday Recruiting, Paradox, and HiredScore.
• Build, revise, and test reports; create calculated fields and ensure data integrity.
• Manage EIB templates for recruiting data and processes.
• Support reporting and data integrity needs.
• Support Workday release testing for Recruiting and enable new features with Talent Acquisition.
• Assist in documenting business requirements, solution designs, and testing plans.
• Execute research of best practices across Workday Recruiting, Paradox, HiredScore.
