Job summary

CEC Entertainment, based in Irving, TX, seeks a Workday HCM Technology Manager to own and optimize Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and HCM modules. This is a hands-on role, partnering with HR and IT to drive value through new Workday solutions.

The position is full-time with a weekly one-day work-from-home option, offering growth across business and technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday HR experience required.
• Experience with Paradox is a plus.
• Experience partnering with executives, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Experience collaborating with technical and functional experts across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Provide business and technical analysis for Workday HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, and other modules.
• Lead collaboration with business partners to plan, design, and implement HR solutions.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer across HR functional areas.
• Engage with the Workday community to manage feature requests on the Roadmap.
