CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Workday HCM Strategy & Configuration Lead to join our Human Resources Technology team. You will support HR and Payroll operations with scalable Workday solutions for domestic and international employees.

The role combines functional and technical expertise, collaborating with both technical and non-technical partners to drive Workday Core HCM, enhance processes, and lead release activities. Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Core HCM for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years creating complex reports and calculated fields in Workday.
• 4+ years configuring Workday Business Processes and maintaining the product.
• 3+ years partnering with HR technology landscape and cloud/mobile technologies.
• 2+ years collaborating with SaaS vendors to resolve defects.

Responsibilities

• Provides integral support to HR and Payroll tech needs in collaboration with HR Business Partners and Shared Services.
• Establishes cross-functional relationships across HR Technology to ensure solutions are designed and implemented.
• Works with HR partners to support Workday Core HCM and roadmap with global priorities.
• Understands business needs and evaluates Workday capabilities via research and testing.
• Maintains deliverables, timelines, and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Ensures delivered product meets business needs and objectives.
• Supports enhancements, project requests and defects with timely solutions.
• Gathers requirements, performs fit-gap analysis, designs, configures and tests Workday.
• Collaborates to maintain transparency and set delivery expectations.
• Leads Workday release activities and regression testing coordination.
