Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Workday HCM Strategy & Configuration Lead to join our Human Resources Technology team. You will support HR and Payroll operations with scalable Workday solutions for domestic and international employees.

The role requires strong functional and technical Workday expertise, collaboration with partners, and governance of HCM roadmaps and releases. This position offers hybrid onsite options across hubs with remote consideration.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience configuring the Core HCM product area for domestic and international colleagues.
4+ years' experience with calculated fields, complex reports and various configurations in Workday.
4+ years' experience configuring, maintaining Business Processes, and building solutions in Workday.

Responsibilities

Provides integral support to the HR and Payroll organizations for technology needs.
Establishes cross-functional relationships across HR Technology.
Collaborates with business and technical partners to support Workday Core HCM and roadmap.
Gathers requirements, process optimization, fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration and testing.
Leads translation of business requirements to technical solutions and timelines.
Generates reports and analytics to support various business needs.
