CVS Health is seeking a Workday HCM Strategy & Configuration Lead to join our Human Resources Technology team. We will support HR and Payroll operations with scalable Workday solutions for domestic and international employees.

This role combines functional and technical Workday expertise, partnering with HR and IT to lead core HCM configuration, build reports, and guide release cycles across global priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring the Core HCM product for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years with calculated fields and complex reports in Workday.
• 4+ years configuring and maintaining Workday Business Processes.
• 3+ years working with HR technology landscape, including cloud/mobile technologies.
• 3+ years gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, design solutions, testing, and documentation.
• 2+ years collaborating with SaaS vendors to provide timely resolution for defects.

Responsibilities

• Provides integral support to HR and Payroll for technology needs across HR orgs.
• Establishes cross-functional relationships in HR Tech and HR to ensure effective delivery.
• Collaborates with business and technical partners to support Workday Core HCM and roadmap.
• Gathers requirements and develops plans with timelines and stakeholders.
• Supports Workday release cycles and regression testing.
