Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Core HCM for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years' experience with calculated fields, complex reports and various configurations in Workday.
• 4+ years' experience configuring, maintaining Business Processes, and building solutions in Workday.
• 3+ years' experience working with HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies.
• 3+ years' experience working with business to gather requirements, perform fit gap analysis, design solutions, configuring Workday application, performing user acceptance testing, and maintaining the health of the product.

Responsibilities

• Provides integral support to HR and Payroll organizations for their technology needs, collaborating with HR Business Partners and HR Shared Services across all business segments.
• Establishes cross-functional relationships within HR Technology to ensure solutions are effectively designed and implemented.
• Collaborates with business and technical partners to support Workday Core HCM functional area and roadmap, including global priorities.
• Gathers requirements, conducts fit-gap analyses, designs functionality, configures Workday, and tests.
• Leads changes, regression testing, and maintains up-to-date documentation and plans.
