CVS Health is seeking a Workday HCM Strategy & Configuration Lead to join the HR Technology team. You will support HR and Payroll operations by delivering scalable Workday solutions for domestic and international employees, collaborating with both technical and non-technical partners.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, design, testing, and documentation across the Workday landscape, with a focus on core HCM, global priorities, and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience configuring the Core HCM product area for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years' experience with calculated fields, complex reports and various configurations in Workday.
• 4+ years' experience configuring, maintaining Business Processes, and building solutions in Workday.
• 3+ years' experience working with HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies.
• 3+ years' experience working with business to gather requirements, perform fit gap analysis, design solutions, create functional designs, configuring Workday application, performing user acceptance testing, and maintaining the health of the product.
• 2+ years' experience collaborating with SaaS vendors to provide timely resolution for defects.

Responsibilities

• Provides integral support to the HR and Payroll organizations for their technology needs across HR Technology and HR Shared Services.
• Establishes cross-functional relationships within HR Technology to ensure solutions are designed and implemented.
• Supports Workday Core HCM functional area and roadmap with global priorities.
• Gathers requirements, design functional solutions, and coordinates testing and documentation.
• Leads translation of business requirements to technical solutions and maintains up-to-date documentation.
