Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Workday HCM Strategy & Configuration Lead to join the HR Technology team. You will support HR and Payroll operations by delivering scalable Workday solutions for domestic and international colleagues.

The role focuses on translating business requirements into functional design, leading Workday releases, and delivering high-quality configurations and reports. A Bachelor’s degree is required and a hybrid onsite/remote work setup is possible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience configuring the Core HCM product area for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years' experience with calculated fields, complex reports and various configurations in Workday.
• 4+ years' experience configuring, maintaining Business Processes, and building solutions in Workday.
• 3+ years' experience working with HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies.
• 3+ years' experience gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, design solutions, configuring Workday, and maintaining health of the product.
• 2+ years' experience collaborating with SaaS vendors to provide timely resolution for defects.

Responsibilities

• Provides integral support to the HR and Payroll organizations for their technology needs in collaboration with HR Business Partners, COEs and HR Shared Services across all business segments.
• Establishes cross-functional relationships within HR Technology and HR to ensure solutions are effectively designed and implemented.
• Collaborates with business and technical partners to support Workday Core HCM functionality and roadmap.
• Understands business needs and evaluates Workday capabilities through research and testing.
• Maintains clear deliverables lists and timelines, communicates progress to stakeholders.
