Qualifications

• 5+ years' configuring Core HCM for domestic & international colleagues.
• 4+ years' experience with calculated fields, complex reports & configurations in Workday.
• 4+ years' configuring, maintaining Business Processes & building Workday solutions.
• 3+ years' experience with HR tech landscape including cloud computing & mobile technologies.
• 3+ years' experience gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, design & documenting solutions.
• 2+ years' experience collaborating with SaaS vendors for defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provides integral HR technology support for HR & Payroll using Workday.
• Establishes cross-functional relationships across HR Technology to ensure effective design & implementation.
• Collaborates with business & technical partners to support Workday Core HCM and roadmap.
• Coordinates requirements, process optimization, design, configuration, testing & documentation.
• Leads regression testing coordination & Workday release activities.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation & timelines; communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Gathers data to create reports & analytics to inform business decisions.
