CVS Health is seeking a Workday HCM Strategy & Configuration Lead to join the HR Technology team. The role supports HR and Payroll operations by delivering scalable Workday Core HCM solutions for domestic and international employees, partnering with both business and technical stakeholders to drive optimal outcomes.

The candidate will manage requirements, design, configuration, testing, and reporting while guiding release activities and ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Core HCM for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years building complex Workday reports, calculated fields, configurations.
• 3+ years gathering requirements and designing solutions with HR tech.
• Experience with SaaS vendors to resolve defects.
• Experience with HR technology landscape including cloud/mobile tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR and Payroll technology support across HR, COEs, and Shared Services.
• Collaborate with HR and IT partners to design, implement, and enhance Workday HCM solutions.
• Lead Workday release activities, cross-functional coordination and regression testing.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and delivery timelines.
• Produce reports and analytics to support business needs.
