Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Workday HCM Strategy & Configuration Lead to join our HR Technology team. You will support HR and Payroll with scalable Workday solutions for domestic and international employees.

The role involves shaping Workday Core HCM capabilities, coordinating with partners, and guiding release cycles. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and the position may be onsite 2 days weekly with full-time remote options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring the Core HCM product area for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years with calculated fields, complex reports and various configurations in Workday.
• 4+ years configuring, maintaining Business Processes, and building solutions in Workday.
• 3+ years' experience with HR technology landscape including cloud and mobile tech.
• 3+ years gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration and testing in Workday.
• 2+ years collaborating with SaaS vendors on defects resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provides integral support to HR and Payroll for technology needs collaborating with HR Business Partners and HR Shared Services.
• Establishes cross-functional relationships across HR Technology to ensure effective design and implementation.
• Collaborates with business and technical partners to support Workday Core HCM and roadmap.
• Gathers requirements, designs functional solutions, configures Workday applications and prepares documentation.
• Leads regression testing and coordinates testing teams.
• Keeps up-to-date with Workday functionality and communicates changes to stakeholders.
