Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Workday HCM, Compensation, and Benefits Optimization Manager to lead transformation work and support ongoing production activities. You will drive the optimization program within the Workday Practice and oversee project streams from assessments through deployments, ensuring solutions meet client needs and security requirements.

The role requires strong hands-on Workday experience and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience using Workday HCM/Compensation/Benefits or other ERPs in an HCM capacity, or Master’s with 3+ years, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience with Workday.
• Up to 25% travel with possible on-site milestones.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Optimization program for the Workday Practice, including production support, assessments, and Phase X deployments.
• Lead the design and development of solutions for clients optimizing their Workday tenant.
