Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Workday HCM Optimization Manager to drive optimization for the Workday Practice, including production support, assessments, and Phase X deployments. You will lead design and development of solutions for clients optimizing their Workday tenants and will contribute hands-on on assigned projects to streamline processes.

The role requires 3+ years Workday experience, a Workday HCM Core certification, and strong communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five-plus years' Workday or ERP HCM experience; or a Master's with three-plus years.
• Minimum three years' Workday experience.
• Current Workday HCM Core certification.
• Experience delivering projects within a structured methodology.
• Strong MS Office skills and client-facing presentation abilities.
• Up to 25% travel with flexible work-from-home/office arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Lead optimization for the Workday Practice across production support, assessments, and Phase X deployments.
• Design and develop solutions for customers optimizing their Workday tenant.
• Hands-on participation on projects to streamline client processes.
• Lead optimization sessions and capture client requirements.
• Guide design, build, and testing of Workday modules with the team.
• Communicate functional challenges and solutions to clients and internal teams.
• Foster a culture of innovation to improve processes and assets.
• Demonstrate consultative skills and drive high customer satisfaction.
